  1.  Sprinkle rosemary and pepper on both sides of the sliced bacon and press it in.
  2.  Place in large skillet and cover with water.
  3.  Cook until water evaporates and then turn.
  4.  Turn bacon a few times for even browning and then remove to a plate with paper towel.
